Successful Management of Rare Advanced Abdominal Pregnancy with Severe Preeclampsia: A Case Report and Literature Review

Background: Abdominal pregnancy is a rare ectopic in which the baby grows up peritoneal cavity exclusive of tubal, ovarian, or intraligamentary implantations. has very high maternal and fetal morbidity mortality. Therefore, early recognition prompt management remain challenges for treating physician. A thorough examination newborn critical to rule out congenital anomalies. We reported 24-year-old woman primigravida 40 weeks post-date with spontaneous conception who was admitted hospital complaints diffuse abdominal pain, symptoms, signs severe preeclampsia (headache, vomiting, blood pressure, blurred vision, swelling feet, ankles, face, hands). Moreover, she had recurrent vaginal spotting, nausea, loss appetite, occasional vomiting. She diagnosed progressive later. live male fetus stained meconium removed from cavity, placenta completely without significant loss. Conclusion: requiring clinical suspicion, identification, avoid can be prevented by avoiding miscarriage adhesions chronic inflammatory diseases.
